We started AIAIAI in 2025 after seeing too many AI pilots stall.

Businesses told us they were being asked to gamble on AI without using it enough themselves, choose between productivity or privacy, and adopt opaque tools that did not fit into daily work.

We believed there was a simpler path: a vendor-agnostic platform that feels trusted from day one, improves with use, and puts European values at its core—so decision-makers can choose with confidence.

Today, we are a team of 15 people based in Amsterdam, Madrid and Granada. We have built an EU-focused work platform where people work intuitively, repetitive work is automated, Agents learn from your documents, meetings are turned into actions and new LLM models are added within days—so results keep improving without retraining or vendor lock-in.
