What is the Compliance and Control Centre?
The Compliance and Control Centre is where your administrator configures how AIAIAI behaves within your organisation. From a single interface, you can manage which AI models are available, how long agents retain data, whether personal data can be processed, and who has access. It ensures an open AI platform remains manageable and compliant.
What happens if an employee uses AI for purposes that are not legally permitted?
AIAIAI classifies each chat by risk level according to the AI Act and your internal policies. If a use case does not fit, the platform isolates that knowledge from the agent's memory and alerts your compliance officer immediately. In the event of a serious incident, the system prepares the incident report in advance.
Does the Compliance Center prevent all misuse?
No, and we do not claim to. As with any open AI platform, we cannot completely prevent a user from bypassing your internal policies. What AIAIAI does is make every attempt visible and enforceable, allowing you to manage compliance internally. Being honest about what a vendor can guarantee is exactly what good compliance requires.
How do I set how long an agent retains data?
You can set retention periods for each source in the Compliance and Control Centre. This applies to calls, meetings, uploaded documents and embeddings, with options including deleting data on the same day. You also decide whether agents are permitted to process personal data.
How do I know what users are doing with AI?
AIAIAI records every chat, action and decision in a complete log. Your administrator can view user behaviour in detail, including jailbreak attempts and policy violations. Security-critical audit logs are kept for 12 months in a write-once index.
Can we limit which AI models users are able to use?
Yes. In the Compliance and Control Centre, you decide which AI models and features are available to your users. For example, you can choose to activate only the models that score best on bias in our internal tests.
What if an incident does occur?
In the event of an incident, AIAIAI automatically prepares a draft report detailing what happened, which user and agent were involved, and what data was affected. You simply review, complete, and submit. GDPR allows 72 hours to report a data breach; with AIAIAI, you do not start from scratch.
