The European AI Act in brief.

The AI Act is at our core. Compliance, without the overhead.

Lock icon

What is the AI Act?

The European law regulating how organisations can use AI. Risk-based: the greater the risk, the stricter the requirements.

Briefcase icon

What does this mean for you?

You need to be able to demonstrate what the AI is doing, that a human is overseeing it, and that everything is logged.

Goal icon

How AIAIAI solves this

Compliance is built into our architecture, not added as an afterthought. Risk classification, logging and human oversight are integrated by design.

Likely risk

Blocked or approval required

Low risk

No further action required

Potential risk

Human oversight recommended

Risk classification

Automatically determined per interaction

The legislation steering AI in the right direction.

The AI Act requires three things: transparency, human oversight, and a log of AI activity. The legislation applies not only to those who build AI, but also to those who use it. For most SME applications, this involves limited or minimal risk.

Risk profiles in AIAIAI

The EU AI Act classifies AI applications into four risk categories. Every AI system used by your organisation (and its employees) must be assessed to determine what it does and who it is for.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to your questions.

No marketing jargon, just clear answers. Below are the questions we are most frequently asked by organisations getting started with AIAIAI.

What is AIAIAI?

AIAIAI is a European AI platform that provides every employee with their own AI agent: a second brain connected to their email, documents and company systems. Built for organisations of 25 to 5,000 employees, the platform runs on its own EU-hosted infrastructure in Amsterdam. Agents retrieve information from your systems and perform tasks upon approval.

Does AIAIAI work with the software we currently use?

Yes. AIAIAI integrates with the systems your organisation already uses, including accounting software such as Exact, Twinfield and Yuki, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Hundreds of integrations are ready to use, and thousands more are available via the open MCP standard. If a connection is missing, AIAIAI builds it as part of your subscription.

How long does it take to go live with AIAIAI?

AIAIAI is live within one to two weeks, with your first users active on the platform during this period. It is not an IT project that takes months. AIAIAI guides the onboarding process at management, team and platform level.

Is our business data secure with AIAIAI?

Yes. AIAIAI runs on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure hosted in Amsterdam, featuring data isolation at the database level. The platform is certified for ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and NEN 7510. Your data is never used to train AI models, as contractually agreed with all AI providers.

Does AIAIAI comply with the European AI Act?

Yes. AIAIAI is built with the European AI Act as a foundation, not an afterthought. The platform automatically classifies the risk level of each agent, maintains a complete log of all conversations and actions, and shows which AI model processed each request.

What is the difference between AIAIAI and Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot operates as an AI assistant within Microsoft 365. AIAIAI is a platform that enables agents to work across all your legacy and modern systems, not just Microsoft, with an integrated compliance layer and a personal agent for each employee. AIAIAI utilises over 30 AI models from various providers, automatically selecting the most suitable model for each task.

Does AIAIAI keep data from different customers separate?

With Projects, you work within secure, dedicated environments in AIAIAI, keeping data from different clients, departments, or projects completely separate. A user in one project cannot access another's data. This makes AIAIAI suitable for accountants, consultancies, and other organisations working with confidential client data.
