Where is the AIAIAI data stored?
AIAIAI hosts all customer data in Amsterdam with DigitalOcean. Data, applications and logging remain within the EU. External AI models are accessed solely via EU endpoints, with no data retention and no training on your data.
Is AIAIAI certified?
Yes. AIAIAI is certified to ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 42001 (AI management) and NEN 7510 (healthcare). These certifications are externally audited on an annual basis. Furthermore, an independent party conducts a penetration test every year, with the report available upon request.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. This is contractually agreed with all model providers used by AIAIAI, with zero data retention as standard.
How is our data separated from that of other customers?
Every AIAIAI customer has their own dedicated database on a shared application infrastructure. This ensures your data is completely isolated at the data layer. With Projects, you can also create separate spaces for different clients or departments within your own environment.
Does AIAIAI comply with the European AI Act?
Yes. AIAIAI is built with the European AI Act as its foundation, not as an afterthought. The platform automatically classifies the risk level of each agent, maintains a complete log of every action, and always operates with a human in the loop.
How is access to the platform managed?
Access to AIAIAI is managed via single sign-on with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with two-step verification as standard. Within the platform, role-based access control allows you to define permissions for each role. An access review is conducted every quarter.
What happens if an employee uses AI incorrectly?
AIAIAI classifies every chat by risk level in accordance with the AI Act. If a use case does not align with your internal policies, the platform isolates that knowledge from the agent's memory and alerts your compliance officer immediately. In the event of an incident, an agent prepares the incident report in advance.
